VASTA Performance Training and Physical Therapy
Problem
Vasta Sports WordPress site needs spanned several clinics, a large team, and mixed services (rehab plus performance). A single “about” page could not carry location hours, phone numbers, and practitioner bios without becoming unmaintainable.
Strategy
ACF repeaters and location CPTs (or structured groups) keep Vermont and Florida details honest. Templates emphasize trust — team, outcomes, contact — with compressed photos. Local SEO basics: unique location headings, NAP consistency, and click-to-call on mobile.
Work Done
Custom WordPress development with ACF for locations, team, and service blocks.
Responsive templates for clinic pages and long testimonials.
Image compression and lazy-loading on staff photography.
On-page SEO for location and service URLs.
Results
Staff can update clinic details in the CMS. Patients find the right location on a phone, and pages stay lighter despite a large photo library.
