Problem
Promptly Check-In Webflow pages had to cover scheduling, intake, payments, and integrations without turning into a feature dump. Practice administrators scan on tablets between patients; the UI had to stay calm and fast.
Strategy
We grouped journeys (before, during, after visit) into reusable Webflow components. CMS handles articles and proof. Assets were compressed; decorative motion was capped so Core Web Vitals would not lose to animation.
